  • Guidance on song selection, transitions, and overall service flow

  • Helping teams effectively implement click tracks and multitracks tailored to their unique needs

  • Creating custom chord charts, tablature, and sheet music with dynamic indicators and band notes

AVL Consulting & Technical Solutions

  • Evaluating current audio, video, and lighting systems to maximize effectiveness and identify necessary upgrades

  • Customized AVL upgrades to improve sound, video quality, and lighting design

  • Mentoring and hands-on training for tech teams to ensure they are equipped to handle issues efficiently

  • Diagnosing technical issues and developing solutions specific to your ministry’s needs

Church Health & Leadership Consulting

  • Identifying key areas necessary to track and measure to ensure your church stays mission-focused

  • Evaluating how well daily, weekly, and more long-term operations align with your church’s mission, vision, and values

  • Identifying current and potential issues within teams to build a culture of trust, effectiveness, and honor

  • Facilitating peaceful resolution between leadership, volunteers, and other congregants

  • Helping leaders ensure their teams and congregations operate from a place of fullness rather than burnout

Pricing & Flexibility

Initial phone or online consultation of one to two hours is free.

Following the initial consultation, my base rate is $100/hour, but I recognize that church budgets vary. Whether it’s a single event, an ongoing project, or a long-term partnership, I’m happy to discuss pricing options based on job size, event scope, and financial constraints.
